Membership Levels & Pricing 

We are pleased to announce exciting new and updated membership levels and benefits as of January 1, 2026. All membership levels will continue to offer the same existing benefits, with five levels adding the additional benefit of the Association of Children's Museums (ACM) Reciprocal Network, which gives FHDC members a 50% discount off general admission tickets for up to six people at 200 participating children’s museums.

Individual Adult - One named person ages 18-64$45
Dual Plus - One named adult age 18+, plus an additional named adult or youth, with the additional benefit that when a named adult on the membership visits, they may bring one additional unnamed adult or youth guest at no additional charge (limit one guest per membership per day) $100
Senior - One named person age 65 or older$40
Family - Up to two named adults and all dependent youth (17 and younger) living in the same household. Also includes the new Association of Children's Museums Reciprocal Network benefit.$125
Family Plus - Includes a Family Membership, one additional named adult, with the added benefit that when any named adult on the membership visits, they may bring one unnamed adult or youth guest at no additional charge (limit one guest per membership per day). Also includes the new Association of Children’s Museums Reciprocal Network benefit.$175

Military members get a 10% discount on all Family and Family Plus Memberships. Open to active duty, reserved military, veterans, and Gold Star families (in-person sales only with qualifying ID).

The FHDC card holder with the ACM sticker must be present for the discounted admission through the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) Reciprocal Network. Photo ID may be required. Please bring your membership cards to the Flint Hills Discovery Center to receive your ACM sticker.

Memberships at the Family Plus level and below are scholarship eligible. More information about scholarships can be found on the Manhattan Parks and Recreation page.

Patron Level Memberships

Give back through your purchase of a Patron Level Membership. Enjoy the benefits of a Family Plus Membership while supporting the critical mission of the Discovery Center. With the Patron Membership Levels, you are contributing a tax-deductible donation to the Flint Hills Discovery Center (FHDC) in the amount over the cost of your standard membership rate.
